When making a request for an appointment or service booking, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, as outlined in this policy. Jazzy Cutz Hair Studio (Jazzy Cutz), reserves the rights to make changes or updates to this policy and service prices at any time, without notice. 

1. Cancelation Policy/No-Show

I totally get it and understand that sometimes things come up and appointments need to be re-booked or re-scheduled. Jazzy Cutz, requires a minimum of 48-hours notice for any booking cancellations or changes to your appointment, in order to accommodate. Appointments cancelled within 48-hrs or missed "no shows," will be subject to 50% of your service fee charge. If you repeatedly make last-minute cancellations, then you will be charged the full cost for the originally scheduled appointment. 

If you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may need to re-book you for another time or day. If this happens, you will be charged 50% of your service fee and marked as a "no show". Every effort will be made to find a date and time that is convenient for you.

New clients. All new clients are asked to complete a digital consultation form, prior to booking their first appointment at the salon. By completing that form, you have also agreed to the terms and understanding of the appointment request. If you do need to cancel your appointment, with less than 48-hours notice, you may be banned from booking future appointments. 

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on should be referenced as the most current and active prices. Prices are CDN dollars and are inclusive, unless otherwise quoted, at the time of booking. From time-to-time you may notice a promotional offer or see an advertised price on social media. Please ensure you refer to active promotions and service pricing on

Payments can be made online at the time of booking or in-person at your appointment. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, eTransfer, or Credit Card. 

For any product purchases, all sales are final.

Add-ons may be required if a booked service does not meet the needs of the final appointment. Adjustments to the total cost of the service, may need to be made. Every effort will be made to communicate any required pricing changes prior to the appointment. 

3. Privacy Policy


Your email will be used to communicate directly with you about your appointment request, booking information, or product purchase. Contact information that you provide on the contact form, appointment request form, or shopping cart form, on, will be used to create a personal profile. Your profile is used to send appointment reminders, store hair colouring information, your orders, and from time to time send a reminder if your next visit is past-due. 

If you are paying by credit card, your email will also be used to receive your receipt of payment. We use a secure third party for all online credit card payments. You can read the full privacy policy here: Stripe Canada
